Johannes Wolkerstorfer

Dr. Johannes Wolkerstorfer develops systems-on-chip and embedded systems. His focus is
on efficient digital hardware and software integration. He gained a lot of experience by
researching cryptographic hardware. His innovations in this area are recognized by many
publications. He spread his excellent knowledge about integrating digital hardware in the
lectures “VLSI Design” and “System on Chip Design” at Graz University of Technology. In
2010, he founded xFace. xFace offers products and services to create sophisticated
embedded systems.
