Reni Hofmüller
is a media artist who focuses on art in technological contexts and explores the relationships between art, technology and society. Sound has long been her most important artistic tool.

She is one of the founders of esc medien kunst labor, works at Radio Helsinki (the non-commercial radio station in Graz), mur. at, member of IMA and has been singing in the feminist post-punk band Lonesome Hot Dudes since December 2014.

Embedded in feminist technology collectives, she is involved in the ecletic tech carnival, the TransHackFeminist Meeting and deals with concepts of feminist technologies.

Awarded the Art Promotion Prize of the City of Graz.

Ilse Weber
Her work as a project organizer began in 1987 at steirischer herbst. In 1993, she founded the ESC Kunstverein together with artists and art organizers. The art and culture organizer was a founding member and long-standing member of the board and spokesperson of the interest group IG Kultur Steiermark and member and chairwoman of the Styrian Cultural Advisory Board.

She then co-founded the state’s evaluation commission, which was responsible, for example, for the initial awarding of medium-term funding contracts and drew up a new arts and culture funding law.

Ilse Weber is currently on the board and managing director of esc medien kunst labor. She also works as an art and cultural manager in project development and project organization for art and cultural institutions, event organizers and festivals and is a member of various advisory boards and advisory groups.

Awarded the Styrian State Decoration of Honor for Science, Research and Art.
